Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey completed September 7, 2022 found that Nieves Discipleship Va and Family Home Care, Llc. had corrected the deficiency cited under the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiency was cited as a result of a state relicensure survey completed on June 27, 2022 and a follow up survey completed on August 22, 2022.
